MetLife structured installment sale program is now available for real estate investors
MetLife has officially entered the Structured Installment Sales market, also referred to as a structured sale of real estate.
Earlier this month, Met Life announced they will be rolling out a structured installment sale product to provide a protected stream of income on business and property sales subject to capital gains.
